Most long form 1040s $135. This includes Schedule A, B and D. Call for quote. 1040EZ is $50, 1040A is $75. For 1040 with additional Schedules such as Schedule C, E, and F or K-1s from partnerships; additional fees apply. The maximum fee for an individual return is $300.
